SHIPPING:
Every effort will be made to ship orders received by 3:00 p.m. the same day they are placed. All orders, except karts, are shipped UPS or USPS. If you have a PO box please list it along with your street address. Karts are shipped truck line. UPS orders can also be shipped overnight air and special delivery upon request at additional costs.

Shipping Policy
The shipping cost is based on a "More you buy" the "cheaper shipping is." Parts orders over $100 are shipped Free. This applies to ground shipments only. Free shipping does not apply to the following items: axles, karts, kart stands, engines, oils, seats, tires, 8" wheels, track tac products, closeout or clearance items, any type of body work or COD orders. Order Smart!!
On small orders, it may pay to add an additional wear & tear part to your order to help cover shipping costs, in some instances the part is even absorbed by the savings in shipping.

Any size order accepted?
Yes, we accept any size order. But to be a little smart-shopping-savvy, we suggest ordering enough items/parts to offset the shipping costs to you. The shipping grid is based on the more you buy, the more you save.

Why this system?
Simple economics. Let's say you only order a $3 part. Maximum profit after stocking this part is probably under .50 cents, we then pick the part (labor) pack the part (labor) box the part (labor). If we charged actual shipping it would be hard to stay in business for any future purchases as you can see it would be a (-) costly sale. Now...if we sell you $75 worth of parts, our working margin can absorb some or even all of the freight costs. Bottom line, we want to save both you and us time and money.

How much will I get charged?
Please refer to the grid. If you order parts totaling $63...then your shipping will be $7.00, add a few more parts to get it to $100, then shipping is free from there on.

FREIGHT:
Customers are responsible for all shipping charges.

PAYMENT TERMS:

C.O.D. orders are payable by Money Order or Certified Check only. Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express Accepted. Credit Card orders must have the correct address where you receive your statement. This is to be listed as your Billing address. This address must match your card number or your order will be held until a correct address can be established. If you prefer to order by phone you can call 828-256-6588.

RETURNS:
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with any item purchased from us, you may return the unused item to us within 10 days. With the returned item, please enclose a copy of the invoice, a brief explanation, and prepay the shipping charges. Your account will be credited or we will make an exchange as soon as we receive the returned item. A restocking fee may apply. Also, shortages or discrepancies must be reported within 24 hours of the receipt of goods.
